Can't just hand it over directly like cash, but groups and game passes work well!
You can also sell a game pass or item - have your friend buy it and then you can give them the robux. Takes a bit of time though.
Actually, Roblox doesn't allow direct robux transfer between players, so you gotta get creative with groups or selling stuff.
