Don't make it complicated. In your group's admin panel, find 'Payouts' under 'Revenue,' add the user, decide the robux amount, and just hit 'Distribute.' Easy peasy!
I've done this before. You just need group funds. Go to 'Group Admin,' then 'Revenue,' then 'Payouts.' It's a few clicks to give robux.
