Just go to your group page, click on the three dots next to your group's name, and then click on Configure Group. From there, select Revenue, then Payouts. Choose One-Time Payout or Recurring Payout, enter the amount and the member's name, and you're good to go!

You need to have Robux in your group funds to give out Robux. Just go to the group's settings, find the payouts section, and follow the instructions to send Robux to a member. Easy peasy!
