You gotta sell a game pass or some cool avatar clothing and then have the buyer donate by purchasing it. It's a bit roundabout but it works!
From my experience, the easiest way is to create a game pass or a piece of clothing, and have members buy it. The Robux will go to the group's funds, and then you can distribute it!
