Just ask them to create a game pass or an item in their game, then buy it with the amount of robux you want to give!
Why not just give them a Roblox gift card or tell them to make a t-shirt? You can buy it and they get the robux.
Directly transferring robux isn't a feature in Roblox, but you can always buy them a gift card. It's practically the same thing!
