You can’t just directly transfer robux to another account, but you can use a group. Create or join a group, then use the group funds to distribute robux by purchasing a group item you've set up.

Sell a game pass or a clothing item for the amount of robux you want to give, and ask the other person to buy it. Roblox keeps a cut, though!
