Spoiler alert: You can't directly trade Robux. But gifting through groups or buying in-game items they made are good workarounds.
Open a Group, add some Robux to it, and distribute it using the Payout function. Make sure your friend is a member of your group first!
You can also buy a Game Pass or a Developer Product that your friend has created. They earn Robux, minus a small Roblox fee.
