You can't directly give robux without premium, but you can buy them a virtual item they sell for the amount you want to give. Just make sure it's an item they actually want to sell!

Just use Group payouts. Create a group, add them, and distribute robux through the group's funds.

You can also use gift cards! Buy a Roblox gift card and give them the code. They can redeem it for robux.
