First, make sure your group has enough funds in the group funds section. Then go to the 'Configure Group' page, select 'Revenue', and then 'Payouts'. Choose 'One-time Payout' or 'Recurring Payout', add the user you want to give Robux to, and enter the amount. Hit 'Distribute' and voila, Robux sent!

You need to have group funds available first! Then, navigate to 'Group Admin', click on 'Payouts', 'One-time Payout' or 'Recurring Payout', and select the member. Enter the amount, click 'Distribute' and done!
