Unfortunately, you can't directly gift V-Bucks in Fortnite. But you can gift your friend skins or items from the Item Shop!

You can't gift actual V-Bucks, but you can always buy your friend a PlayStation Store Gift Card. They can use it to buy V-Bucks themselves!
