You can't directly gift V-Bucks. But you can buy a V-Bucks gift card and share the code with your friend!
Unfortunately, there's no feature to transfer V-Bucks directly to friends. Try gifting them an item from the Fortnite Item Shop instead!
I've tried this! You can only gift items from the Item Shop, but V-Bucks must be purchased separately by each player.
