Nope, you can't directly transfer skins you already own to your friends. Your best bet is to gift them from the Item Shop.

You can gift skins to your friends in Fortnite through the Item Shop. Just select the skin you want to send, click 'Buy as a Gift,' and choose your friend's name from the list. Make sure you have enough V-Bucks!
My buddy was thrilled when I sent him a cool skin last week. Just select the skin in the Item Shop, hit 'Buy as a Gift,' and pick your friend. Easy peasy!
Gifting skins = Item Shop only. Sadly, you can't trade or send your own skins.
