Unfortunately, there's no way to directly revert to a previous level in The Sims FreePlay. You'll need to start a new game to go back to level 7.

The Sims FreePlay doesn't allow level downgrades. You could try starting over with a new account if you really want to be at level 7.

Nope, you can't go back to earlier levels. Just start fresh or keep playing from your current level!
