Easy peasy! First, grab your slope (m) and a point (x1, y1) that's on the line. Then, just plug them into the point-slope form: y - y1 = m(x - x1). Voilà!

Just rearrange y = mx + b to get y - y1 = m(x - x1), using (x1, y1) as any point on the line. Done.
