Hey there! Just go to the options menu in Warframe, click on Display, and then select Full Screen from the Display Mode dropdown. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

You can hit Alt + Enter while in-game to quickly toggle between windowed and full screen mode. Works like a charm!
