Going online on Steam is super easy! Just open your Steam client and click 'Go Online' from the top menu. If it doesn't pop up, you're probably already online. Enjoy gaming!

Going online? Just open Steam. It's like asking how to breathe. Steam takes care of it unless you鈥檝e actively chosen to go incognito in offline mode.

Honestly, Steam is pretty smart. It goes online by itself when you start it, unless you told it not to. If you're stuck offline, check if you鈥檙e in 'Offline Mode' under the 'Steam' menu and switch back. Easy peasy.

Make sure your internet connection is not the villain here. Restart your router, then fire up Steam. It usually connects automatically unless you've set it to offline mode. To go back online, click 'Steam' in the upper left corner, then 'Go Online.'

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
