How to Go Super Sonic in Sonic Generations
To go Super Sonic in Sonic Generations, collect all seven Chaos Emeralds and then simply fill up your ring count during a stage. Once you've got enough rings, activate Super Sonic by pressing the appropriate button (usually the jump button) while in mid-air!

Just beat every boss and get the Chaos Emeralds. Once you have them, get 50 rings, and jump! Super Sonic mode ON!
You need those seven Chaos Emeralds. Then, just make sure you have 50 rings and press the jump button twice during gameplay. Easy peasy!
Complete all challenges and unlock all seven Chaos Emeralds in each era. During regular stages, stock up on rings and hit the jump button twice to transform!
