Wanna take a virtual trip behind bars in GTA 5? Just let the cops catch you! Seriously, commit a crime like stealing a car or punching a pedestrian, and don't resist arrest. The moment those cuffs click, you'll be enjoying a not-so-luxurious stay at Los Santos' finest correctional facility. But remember, you'll spawn outside after serving your 'time,' which is basically a fast-forward through your sentence.

I actually tried getting my character to stay in jail longer by getting arrested on purpose, thinking there'd be more to do. Spoiler: there's not. You see the inside of a cell for a brief moment, and then it's back to the outside world. Still, if you want to check it off your GTA bucket list, getting arrested is the way to go.

Just punch a cop. Fastest way to jail, guaranteed.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
