Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, tap on the three lines at the top right, select 'Your activity', then 'Recently deleted'.
Simple! Profile > Menu (three lines) > Your activity > Recently deleted.
I did this last week. Just go to your profile, tap the three lines on the upper right, select 'Your activity', and then 'Recently deleted'.
