To access settings in Fortnite, open the game, go to the main menu, and click the three horizontal lines (a.k.a. the hamburger menu) in the top right corner. Then, click the gear icon to enter the settings menu.

Just click the hamburger menu on the main screen and hit the gear icon. Easy peasy!

You can find the settings by pressing 'ESC' on PC, then selecting the gear icon.
