Super easy! Just open up your Steam client. Look at the top left corner; you'll see the word 'Steam'. Click on it, then a dropdown menu appears. From that menu, select 'Settings' if you're on PC, or 'Preferences' if you're on a Mac. Boom, welcome to Settings Land!
