To go to sleep in Animal Crossing, you just need to head to any bed in your house. Once you're near the bed, a button prompt will appear asking if you want to lie down. Select 'Yes', and then choose to sleep. It's that simple! Your character will then take a nap or go to sleep, depending on what time it is.
You can't technically 'go to sleep' in the way you might think. It's more about lying in bed and closing the game. Real-time game, real-time sleep schedule!
