Open Finder, hit Command+Shift+G, then type ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/ and voilà, your save files!

Just go to Finder, press Command+Shift+G, then paste ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/. You'll find your save file there. Easy peasy!
