On PC, head to your Steam library, right-click Undertale, select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files. Easy peasy!
Do yourself a favor and make a backup before poking around in there!
It's a game folder, not a treasure chest. Just follow the paths.
Linux folks, you'll find your Undertale files in ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Undertale.
