To go up and down in Bloxburg building mode, use the 'Level Up' button on the side of your screen! It looks like an upward arrow.
You can press the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard. Trust me, it makes multi-floor buildings a breeze!
Click the small house icon on the right-hand side of your screen in build mode, then select the floor you wanna edit. Works like a charm!
