My go-to spot for Neurodes is the Orokin Derelict Survival. The enemies there have a higher chance of dropping Neurodes, plus it's a great place to score some Orokin Cells too!
Alright Tenno, the best way to grind Neurodes is to head to Earth and farm them at the mission 'Tikal.' It's an Excavation mission, and I've had consistent drops there!
My personal favorite is doing Dark Sector missions on Earth, like Cervantes. It's an Excavation mission, easy to solo, and you can rack up a decent amount of Neurodes.
Real talk, just farm on Lua (Tycho). This survival mission drops Neurodes like crazy, and you get to fight Sentients for added fun!
