I find that sticking to one branch of the tech tree and not spreading your efforts helps in grinding faster!
Join a squad with friends so you can all grind together and share the XP. Plus, it's more fun that way!

As someone who's grinded their way to top-tier jets, I'd say using premium vehicles and account can make your grind soooo much faster. Totally worth it.
