Growing Life Fruit in Terraria is all about patience and preparation. First off, you wanna make sure you're in hardmode, because Life Fruit only spawns in the Jungle biome after you've defeated any of the Mechanical Bosses. They kinda look like small, golden hearts and grow on Jungle grass. You can't really 'grow' them in the traditional farming sense, but you can definitely increase your chances by making the jungle biome larger or more accessible. Clear out some space, keep an eye out for the little golden hearts, and happy hunting!

Quick tip: just beat the mechanical bosses and run around the jungle. You can't miss 'em. They're shiny and like to show off.

Honestly, just explore the jungle post-mech bosses. Life Fruit will start popping up. And if anyone says there's a way to plant or farm them directly, they're pulling your leg.
