I've been pulling off Hadoukens since SF2. Just do a down-to-forward motion on the joystick/D-pad and hit punch. Piece of cake.
Perform a Hadouken by doing a down-to-forward motion on your d-pad or joystick and then pressing punch. It's Ryu's signature move!
