To Hakai in Dragon Ball FighterZ, you need to use God of Destruction Beerus. His Hakai move is his level 3 super attack, called 'God of Destruction's Judgement.' Just build up 3 bars of meter and input Quarter-Circle Back + Heavy Attack (QCB + H) to see the magic!
