To hang on a wall in Warframe, you just need to aim at the wall and jump towards it while holding the aim button. Your Warframe will stick to the wall, allowing you to shoot from this position. Wall hang time is limited, so keep an eye on your energy!
Honestly, wall-hanging is cool, but parkour in Warframe is even cooler with bullet jumps and slides. Give those a try too!
