Find the tiny reset button on the back of your PS4 controller near the L2 trigger. Use a paperclip to hold it down for about 5 seconds. After that, plug it back into your PS4 with a USB cable and hit the PS button to pair it again!

Take a tiny pin or paperclip, press the reset button on the back of the PS4 controller, hold for about 5 seconds, and then reconnect the controller using a USB cable. Easy peasy!
