You can hatch a Cuddlefish by finding its egg in a Degasi Seabase, Alien Arch Cache, or some other hidden locations. Place the egg in an Alien Containment unit, and wait a few in-game days for it to hatch. Enjoy your new adorable friend!

Find a Cuddlefish egg in wrecks or caves, put it in an Alien Containment tank, and wait. Easy-peasy!

Just put the egg in your Alien Containment unit and wait. It'll hatch on its own. Simple!

Cuddlefish eggs are usually in Degasi bases or Lost River. Put them in an Alien Containment to hatch. Trust me, it's worth it!
