Easy peasy! Go to the Avatar Editor, equip one hair, then in another tab, find the second hair, copy its ID, and paste it into the 'Advanced' section in the Hair tab. Done!

To wear two hairs at the same time on Roblox, go to the Avatar Editor on the website, equip the first hair, then open another tab, find the second hair, and copy its Asset ID. Go back to the Avatar Editor, click 'Advanced' at the bottom of the Hair section, and paste the Asset ID into one of the slots.
