You can use the Advanced option in the Avatar Editor. Just equip your first shoulder accessory normally, then click on 'Advanced' at the bottom of the 'Accessories' tab and enter the Asset ID of the second item. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just use the Avatar Editor's 'Advanced' settings. Add the first one as usual, then manually input the second one's ID. Done!
I've done this before! First, put on one shoulder accessory. Then in the 'Avatar Editor,' click 'Advanced' under the 'Accessories' section. Enter the second accessory's Asset ID. That's it, now you look twice as cool!
