First, build the 'Parkside' or 'Community Center' where you can hold the wedding. Then start the 'Love Is In The Air' quest to unlock the wedding bells and other wedding items. After that, have your Sims propose, buy the necessary wedding items, and throw the wedding party. It's wedding bliss, Sim-style!
