You can have as many babies as you want in The Sims FreePlay! Just make sure you have enough cribs and space in your house. Each crib you place allows for one more baby, so get decorating and expanding that family!

It's simple! Keep adding cribs to your house. No crib, no baby. So if you want three or four little ones, you're going to need three or four cribs!
