Honestly? The easiest way is to become a dictator. Rise to power in politics and you’ll have the option to execute people through the 'Martial Law' section. Just be ready for the consequences!
Become a crime kingpin or join the mafia! Once you're high up in the ranks, you can order executions as part of your criminal empire. It's risky business though!
You can't actually have someone executed in BitLife. You can only kill people in various ways, but an official execution isn't an option.
