Head back to your base and assign them to an infirmary bed. They'll heal over time. Just keep 'em safe in the mean time!
If they have minor injuries, sometimes a simple snack or painkillers can do the trick. Check their status and improvise!
Some folks overcomplicate it, but just rest them at the infirmary. Problem solved!
