To heal a Handibot in Fallout Shelter, you just need to tap on it when it's damaged. If it's not too badly hurt, tapping should do the trick! If it's more serious, ensure your Vault has a sufficient supply of Stimpaks, and the Handibot will automatically use one if available. Keep your Stimpak production up to avoid running out!
Why heal it? Just let it do its thing. It'll be fine...probably.
Trust me, keep those Stimpaks ready. Handibots seem tough but even they need a little help now and then.
