Just switch to another character for a while if one gets injured. They'll heal up naturally over time.

The best way to heal your character in State of Decay 2 multiplayer is to use a Medkit or bandages, which you can find by scavenging or crafting at your base. Seriously, those Medkits are lifesavers鈥攍iterally!
