When outside of combat, companions gradually regenerate health! During fights, use perks to make them tougher and avoid too much damage.
The game's mechanics take care of it for you. After a battle, your companions will automatically heal themselves. Easy peasy!
You can't directly heal companions in The Outer Worlds, but don't worry, they automatically revive after combat ends! Keep those fights short and sweet!
From personal experience, the best way to keep companions alive is to buff their toughness and manage their positioning. They’re tough cookies!
