Healing your adventurers in the wasteland is all about preparation before they leave! Equip them with enough Stimpacks, and they'll automatically use them when their health gets low. Remember, you can also recall them back to the Vault if things get too hairy out there!

From experience, always overpack Stimpacks. My explorers survive way longer, and sometimes they even bring back extra goodies because they're not limping back early!
