How to Heal Someone in State of Decay 2
Just bring your hurt survivor back to base and put them in the Infirmary. It'll slowly heal them over time as long as you have enough Medicine resources.

Use first-aid kits and medicine from your inventory to patch up your survivors. Trust me, you'll need them!
Honestly, just keep a well-stocked Infirmary and you're golden. Healing items are great but the Infirmary is essential.
To heal someone in State of Decay 2, make sure you have medical supplies like bandages or painkillers in your inventory. Equip the supplies and use them on the injured survivor by opening the character menu and selecting 'Use Item'.
