Honestly, just visiting their farm regularly and looking around for 'Help Needed' signs is the quickest way.
Visit your friends' farms and look for the help signs. Helping with boat crates and reviving trees is a great way to assist!
Keep an eye out for the exclamation marks on your friends' farms. Tap those to lend a hand with their tasks.
