Pro tip: if you wanna go stealth mode on someone’s posts entirely, you can 'Snooze' or 'Unfollow' them. Just sayin’.
Super simple! Click on the three dots at the top right of the post, then select 'Hide post.' All done!
FYI, hiding a post just removes it from your timeline; it doesn’t delete it. So, your friends can still see it if they visit your profile.
