Another way? Go full incognito by setting your Steam profile to private. Click on your profile name, go to 'Edit Profile,' hit 'My Privacy Settings,' then set 'Game details' to 'Private.' Boom, it's like a cloak of invisibility for your gaming habits. Sure, it’s a bit of a nuclear option since it hides ALL your games, but hey, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just launch Steam, head to your library, right-click on the game you wanna keep on the DL, select 'Manage,' and click on 'Hide this game.' It'll vanish from your library view like a ninja in the night. Just remember, it’s hiding, not gone forever, so you can always bring it back when you feel like it.

Honestly, just own it. Who cares if your friends see you’ve clocked 1000 hours in

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
