To hide all Facebook posts, go to your Facebook profile, click on the three dots next to "Edit Profile," select "Activity Log," then filter by "Your Posts" and choose "Hide from timeline" for each post. Voila! Your past is now hidden.

It's simple! Use the 'Limit Past Posts' option in your Facebook privacy settings to change old posts to 'Friends Only'.

I've done this before, and it worked like a charm: Use the Privacy settings to limit the audience for all past posts. Navigate to Settings & privacy > Settings > Privacy, then go to "Limit Past Posts". Easy peasy!
