Just delete 'em. Problem solved!
You can also individually adjust photo privacy by clicking the photo, then the three dots, and selecting 'Edit privacy' to 'Only Me.' Took me like 5 minutes and now I'm stealthy!
Head to your profile, find 'Photos,' then slam that 'Manage' button on each photo album and set 'em to 'Only Me.' Works like a charm!
