You can select individual photos, click on the privacy icon (usually a little globe or friends icon), and set them to 'Only Me.' Might take a while if you have tons of pics though!
Go to your profile, click 'Photos', then go to 'Albums'. Change each album's privacy setting to 'Only Me.' Voila, hidden!
Go to your profile, click on 'Photos,' then 'Albums.' For each album, click the three dots, select 'Edit' and change the privacy setting to 'Only Me.'
I hid all my pics by setting my albums to 'Only Me'. Works like a charm, but remember to check your tagged photos too!
